About Clear Brain Daily

Clear Brain Daily tracks brain and cognitive health supplements one product at a time, the way a ledger tracks a business: a real testing window, a cost-per-day number, and a plain verdict on whether the thing did anything a person could actually notice. Products that don't hold up get logged as rejected instead of quietly disappearing from the site.

This site is for anyone who has compared a supplement's marketing copy to what actually happened after finishing the bottle and found the two didn't line up. It's written for people who want the arithmetic done before they spend the money, not people hoping for a miracle in a capsule.

The scope stays narrow on purpose. Ingredient claims get checked against what the published research actually says about that ingredient, not what the label implies. Sponsored placements and paid reviews don't run here. What runs instead is a record of which products produced a signal worth the price and which didn't, along with the reasoning behind each call.

Clear Brain Daily is run by Howard Beaumont, a retired accountant in suburban Dallas who spent thirty years reconciling other people's numbers before turning the same habit on his own supplement shelf. He still notices the faint herbal smell of cracking open a new bottle for the first time, half expecting this one to be different. Most of them haven't been. Reporting that plainly is most of what this site is for.
